Trenton's Birthday Celebration

The week after Christmas Trenton got to celebrate his birthday....again!  The boys invited Dylan to spend the day with us... they jumped at JumpTime, visited the yummy candy store in The Village, ate pizza and had Dutch Bros and, played video games at PoJo's.  It was quite the fun afternoon!

Kristiana looks a little nervous about having all those boys behind her! haha

Christmas Day and Happy 7th Birthday Trenton!

The kids had been counting down til Christmas and the day finally arrived!  Tys woke up at 4am to open his stocking gifts... he just couldn't wait any longer! haha
Happy 7th Birthday Trenton!  We love you Buddy and are still the best Christmas present ever!
After breakfast of eggs and birthday donuts, we opened gifts!

Nana and Papa visited us too!

Aunt Marie baked Trenton's Minecraft cake and they brought it over in the late afternoon.  We all had pizza for dinner and Trenton got to open more birthday gifts.

 My sweet nephews!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from the Havemans!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve has finally arrived! Yay!!  As we love to do every year, we spent the afternoon and evening at Nana and Papa's... decorating a gingerbread house, attending church service and opening gifts.

Congratulations to our dear friend, MaryEllen, and Alex on their wintertime wedding!!!

Wintertime Fun

Kristiana had no clue that her brother was about to pelt her with a snowball! haha

Katie, Nana and I attended the fabulous performance of the Eugene Ballet's The Nutcracker (at the College of Idaho) Katie's friend, Elle, had a ballet role in one of the scenes and it was pretty cool to get to see her dancing on the "big stage"!
We attended the Caldwell Night Light Parade, with family and Katie's friend, Adilyn.  Seeing all the bright lights on the many floats was pretty amazing!

During Christmas break mom and I took the kids to see the Good Dinosaur at the theater.  It was Bubba's first big theater and he did great!

Holiday Baking

Baking during the holidays is one of our favorite traditions!  We invited girlfriends over for an afternoon of baking and it was so much fun!  We made Peppermint chip cookies, chocolate covered pretzels, candy canes and frosted sugar cookies.

Elle, Natatlie, MaKenna, Ellie, Lyla, Katie and Kristiana

Katie checked out a book from the library on Mug Cakes and, spent a week baking different kinds of mug cakes!  We had a few favorites :)
Katie and I went to a ladies tea and cookie exchange at church... we each brought 3 dozen cookies to share.  Katie baked Peppermint Kiss cookies and I baked Orange Ginger cookies.
