Tis the Season!

It's now December and our holidays are in full swing!  To begin the kids each had their school Christmas program's in the first week.  Each performance was fun and festive!

Thanksgiving

Dad and Mom arrived from CA on Thanksgiving evening and we enjoyed having them with us for the weekend!  We all got together at Kyle and Marie's on Friday evening for a fabulous Thanksgiving meal prepared by Kyle.

We girls got to spend a few hours shopping with Oma at the antique shops in downtown Nampa.. a stop by Flying M for a hot cocoa and coffee was sure fun also!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving!  Our hearts overflow with gratitude for a wonderful, healthy year!

 We enjoyed a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving at mom and dad's... with Jake, Krystal and Beckham.  As almost a requirement, we stuffed ourselves with yummy food, watched football, colored on the colorable table cloth and just hung out.

 Bubba is almost walking.. he's getting SO big!

Halloween and Harvest

Our adorable BSU kids :)   We supported our awesome Broncos and watched a game with family at Kim and Chris's.

Learning is Fun!

Learning is Fun!!  

 Katie and her friend, Jayden, took a cupcake decorating class at our friend, Lori Gammon's.  They got super creative and had a fun time!

 The whole 4th grade class had a class assignment of creating their own Indian tribe diorama.  Katie spent weeks on her report then, with daddy's help, they created the scene.  Katie chose a winter scene and it all came together quite nicely!

 Beef Jerky for Sale - as a fundraiser, the 4th graders sold beef jerky.  Each student made an advertising poster and voted.  Katie received 3rd place!

For science and invention night at school, the 1st graders made science projects from recycled products.  Trenton made a blue/red rocket ship out of toilet paper rolls and the lid of a Dutch Bros cup for the top.  Good job Trenton!

Welcome Baby Sutter!

We were super excited to meet baby boy Smith and took Auntie Ri for a walk along the greenbelt in an attempt to get him to join us :)

 When that didn't work, we took Jackson shopping at Hobby Lobby instead!.... Love him to pieces!

  

 Yay!  Sutter Sherman is here and beyond perfect!

 Meeting my nephew for the first time... love him already!

 At just a few weeks, we got to babysit him.  It was a great evening spent holding him and trying to get a few little smiles :)
