In February Katie earned her Accelerated Reader's medal. She read the required 100 points, plus some! We are proud of her and love that she loves to read!
The end of Feb - first of March was the school's Read-A-Thon. This year's theme was "Leap into Literacy"... frogs. Each classroom created a frog themed poster for a contest. I put together Mrs Obert and Mr LoCicero's posters... with the help of Katie and her friend, Lindsay. And, a big thanks to Pinterest ~ haha! It was fun!

Kristiana's preschool class had a fun and educational field trip to our local Nampa Police Dept.!
Katie was one of four students chosen to work on the Idaho State Day history display... they worked on it for weeks and it all came together nicely in the end!
